Annual U19 Race

Team Bulldog is excited to host our 10th Annual Youth Mountain Bike Race on Saturday, May 2nd, 2015. We will be holding the race at a new venue - the Parker Road Preserve in Chester, NJ. Check out our slick flier here, and feel free to share with your friends. All proceeds from the event will benefit the Chester First Aid Squad.

We have racing categories for junior racers ranging from Kindergarten through Grade 12, with three different age-appropriate race courses (High School, Middle School and K-5). The race is a USA Cycling sanctioned event, and racers in Middle School and High School will be competing for the MS and HS State Champion titles.

Mountain Bike Skills Clinic and Pre-Ride

Want to brush up on your mountain biking skills or check out the race course beforehand? Why not join us on April 18th for a youth mountain biking skills clinic and pre-ride of the race course! We will be at Parker Road Preserve at 9am for a Grand Opening Ceremony at 9 a.m., followed by the skills clinic and pre-ride starting around 9:30 a.m. We hope to see you there (see directions below).

Registration

Racers will be able to register on the day of the event (closes 20 minutes before race start time), or pre-register online. Follow us on facebook for race-related announcements and other happenings.

Directions

Turn into Parker Road from Route 24 (just past Cooper Mill heading out of Chester), proceed about 1 mile and turn right into what looks somewhat like a driveway with a grey retaining wall on both sides - it's shortly after you pass Schoolhouse Ln on your right. Here is a link to the location on google maps http://goo.gl/maps/UAbRq. Just drive to the end of that driveway-like road, and you'll head straight into the park's parking area.
